completed in #41 #42 #48 #50 #51 and the wrapper now lives on pypi https://pypi.org/project/tesseract-decoder/ and is updated automatically through a CI for prerelease https://github.com/quantumlib/tesseract-decoder/blob/main/.github/workflows/prerelease.yml and another for stable release https://github.com/quantumlib/tesseract-decoder/blob/main/.github/workflows/stable-release-workflow.yml
