Reason for request

Hello, we have not logged into our account for some time, and now it requests to verify our primary email address (atlas-dev@ripe.net) before doing any other action. However verification messages are not being delivered to atlas-dev@ripe.net, we have checked our mail server and we cannot see any attempted delivery from pypi.org
The last email that was delivered was a password reset on 18th November 2025. We suspect the account may be in a locked state?
Please let us know if you need further information to re-enable the account.
