Inconsistency in README translations

As I’m writing this, the README has been translated into 10 different languages, and most of them are currently outdated.

I can think of three ways to address this problem, both now and in the future:

1. Add the updated text untranslated until someone provides the translation.
2. Add a note each time a translation becomes outdated.
3. Use online tools to provide a temporary translation.

This should be an easy way to handle the issue. The only other solution would be to assign a person to each translation, but I find the other options much simpler and an outdated README can still be useful.

Personally I'm beginning to feel like the README translations are not valuable, and we should just delete them all. I believe Novial had this opinion as well some time ago.

I'm not against the idea of removing the README translations, they’re not as valuable as having translated documentation, though I believe they add a nice touch.

The problem is keeping them up to date, so deleting seems the best option.

The translations seem high maintenance. But I personally think they don't add enough value for their effort, because all of the API and documentation is still in English; knowing some English is currently necessary to use pygame-ce anyways IMO (I can't confirm of course), so a translated README alone might not help.
The translations have already been done though and the README doesn't change drastically, so I think one option is to add a note about outdatedness to all, and not maintain them actively.
