py5 tools to help people install the JDK

Maybe install_jdk() and py5-install-jdk so both mirror the underlying dependency?

On the command line, once invoked, it can interactively ask the user to install things needed... I was aiming at "sane defaults" so that the person doesn't have to know anything,

Yes, definitely, the names for both should be similar.

What options would there be, besides the JDK version number? install_jdk installs to one location. If it is possible for it to install to a custom location, py5 wouldn't be able find it. We shouldn't let people install a JDK in a way that doesn't work with py5.

To complete this I'll also need to update error messages so that if py5 cannot start, we can point users here for a path forward.
