Fix parsing Compute specs #1896
Description
What happened?
Azure have restructured the whole of the Compute service specs and we now no longer discover any API versions.
We need to adapt the discovery to be able to handle this new structure.
Steps to reproduce
- Update submodule
- Rebuild SDKs
make codegen local_generate_code
Expected Behavior
Minor updates should be pulled in
Actual Behavior
Compute is completely missing
