Moveable Editable With Buttons

Hey, looking to implement a custom control on Moveable elements as shown here:

However I've not been able to work out how to do this with the Vue-moveable wrapper.

Are you able to provide some guidance as to how I can best achieve a similar effect with Vue-moveable?
