source-control: creating and viewing Gists

Add sections on

• creating Gists from the current file or selected region.
• listing existing Gists & viewing in neovim
• Link to GitHub CLI setup & authorisation as a prerequisite

NOTE: viewing Gists in Neovim seems to corrupt the text layout (maybe something with line endings?).
