Consistent script naming

Scripts have different naming schemes and should all be made to look the same.

For example, currently we have:

• image-list
• list-zones
• list (networks)
• get-containers

I'm partial to list-zones, but I'm open to other ideas.

So, while I don't have a strong opinion in this matter, my preference would be list-resource_name rather than get-resource_name for plurals.

Yep, I agree. Do you think its a big deal that the CLI uses list-resource whereas the underlying pkgcloud APIs use get-resource? @kenperkins?
