Consider adding GPG key to opentofu registry

OpenTofu v1.6.2

Expected Behavior

As an Open Source terraform user, I am moving to OpenTofu. As a security sensitive user, I want to verify the GPG signatures on the packages in the registry.

As both, I expect the signature for the module in the OpenTofu registry to be up to date :)

Actual Behavior

- Installed hashicorp/powerdns v1.5.0. Signature validation was skipped due to the registry not containing GPG keys for this provider

Steps to Reproduce

Please list the steps required to reproduce the issue, for example:

1. tofu init when using the powerdns provider

Please create a ticket here with your public GPG key, so OpenTofu can validate the signatures:

Hey @franklouwers
If you are still interested in a PowerDNS provider for OpenTofu, you can take a look at this fork. It does have a GPG key associated in the OpenTofu registry.
