Empty name PURLs are parsed incorrectly #26
Description
The PURL test suite contains an invalid PURL pkg:swift/github.com/Alamofire/@5.4.3 which is supposed to represent a package with a namespace of github.com/Alamofire and no name. packageurl-dotnet parses it as a package with a namespace of github.com and a name of Alamofire.
