Prepare a demo using the POC tool

Need to identify a project that would like to onboard (potentially our own repo).

I have some questions for the group with regards to scope and applicability for demo:

1. Must the demo POC tool run only in GitHub? GitLab? Must it be integrated or it is an independent CLI tool that can use inputs from GitHub and output to data that GitHub can read?
2. Does it only have to work in this demo repository? Must it be reusable by other OpenSSF projects?
3. Does it have to do one requirement in S2C2F to be ready? A subset? All from the specification?
