Feature Request: Add "Fix" button in Rule Violations tab for package curation & configuration

Description:

Currently, when rule violations are identified in the ORT Workbench tool, users need to manually adjust package configurations or apply curations in side Ort-config repo.

To improve usability and streamline the process, we propose adding a "Fix" button in the Rule Violations tab in ORT Workbench tool.

Proposed Solution:

Add a Fix button next to each rule violation entry.

On clicking the Fix button, display a configuration panel where users can:

Edit package configurations

Apply or adjust package curations

Benefits:

Faster resolution of rule violations

Reduced manual steps for applying curations

Improved curation experience by providing a direct remediation workflow

@rajulaabhi Edit functionality like this is planned for the 2.0 milestone of the workbench. Unfortunately I do not have time to work on the workbench currently, but contributions are welcome.
