oci-utils for Ubuntu OS

Hi Team,

I am looking for oci-utils package for Ubuntu OS but could not find any details.
Even tried installing it after git clone from this repo "https://github.com/oracle/oci-utils" but that did work properly.

Our requirement is we need to configure more than one NIC on Ubuntu OS image (from Oracle Marketplace).
VM created using that Ubuntu OS image is not able to assign DHCP IP on the secondary NICs.

Read through couple of OCI documentation and suggestion was to install this oci-utils and run "oci-network-config -c".
I am not able to find this package for Ubuntu OS. Its available for Oracle linux only.
