Repro steps.

The log given by the failure.

Devtools was disconnected from the page.

Mention any other details that might be useful.

Analytic tools working fine while running only angular app or electron app in dev mode.
But while making production build. causing app crashes.

Do you have a public repo to reproduce the bug ?
In your first screenshot, the request is not finished. It ends or fails after a timeout ?

I don't think that Segment is the problem, but Sentry is : it needs to change some core JS function, maybe Electron doesn't like that ?
Can you try to desactivate it (in Segment integration or in another script file) ?
