Issue with iTerm + fish, layout falls apart

Installed opencode v0.3.58 and the whole interface is messed up. Text overlaps, lines break weird, links are smashed together, nothing is aligned properly. It’s basically unreadable.

I think there might be some issue with my terminal. Any ideas on what to do to make it work properly? It feels like resizing fixes it, but only until the first change on the screen.

opencode: 0.3.58  
macOS: 15.0 (24A335)  
Terminal: iTerm2 3.4.22  
Shell: fish 4.0.2
