Can't control output via content field. #136

This issue is related to #86
I'm experiencing the same problem where I can't control the output.
Here are the methods I've tried:
Returning an instruction prompt in the content field as described in the official OpenAI Developer documentation: did not work.
Exposing the prompt in the resource description: partially works, but if the resource description becomes long, it gets ignored or partially works.
I may have misunderstood the reference document, but it appears to me that the model does not refer to the content field at all.
P.S. sendFollowMessage does not display a new conversation message bubble, so I'm wondering if that behavior is also intended.
