# Description https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-python/pull/4099 adds a dependency in eachdist.py for toml. In https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-python/pull/4265 we have toml installed in CI as temporary solution to avoid issues with the release. We need to evaluate if we want to move forward with that.
