📋 [TASK] Make changing the active inference model more explicit #3171

Describe the task
At the moment a user can use the model list tab to select the active inference model.
This is not obvious if you're not aware of this design, so let's try to improve this.
Suggestions:
- Add a "Model" tab in the "Pipeline configuration" panel
- Replace table click with an "Activate" menuitem from the model menu
