build: remove all obsolete files

BREAKING CHANGE: `@octokit/auth` is deprecated. Use the auth modules you need directly instead: `@octokit/auth-action`, `@octokit/auth-app`, `@octokit/auth-oauth-app`, `@octokit/auth-token`
