Update the spdx-compliance for the package : "ocaml-sdl2", on @dinosaure 's request. Spdx's licenses doestn't seem to talk about the French warranty : "civil-warranty" of french citizen's. ("Assurance responsabilitée civile", responsabilitée, probably responsability, in english.) The packages, authorsed from me, are provided with SOME warranties. Where is my free-software, fsf-approuved, osi-approuved License ? CeciLL is for expert's, where is my License, for beginner's, and hobbyist's ?
