[BUG] Not able to select organization while creating token

It should show list of organizations to select

Steps To Reproduce

1. Login into npmjs.com
2. Go to account => tokens => create token

Hi there! An organization will show in the list if you are an admin of the organization. Can you confirm you are the admin of the org and it does not display?
