Generalize the motion_data fixture to any modality #209

What would you like to see added in this software?
Currently, the motion_data modality fixture is designed to be applied to a DWI dataset only, which limits its use. It could be generalized to any modality so that e.g. the PET notebook uses it and we do not need to store the motion-corrupted sub-02 data in G-Node.
To this end, the fixture could be split into a general function that creates the random motion data, and other functions that return the modality-specific datasets where motion has been applied.
