Expand NGINXaaS presence in EU (#1571)

* Expand NGINXaaS presence in EU

* Add note around Cloud NAT

This adds a note around leveraging Google Cloud
NAT if customers want to route to an application
on the internet just to try things out.

Explictly leaving out instructions to set it up
here as customers may have various NAT scenarios.
We can definitely expand on this if needed.
