[Bug]: files --> folder/file not found -- cannot list personal files and folders -- claims it cannot find them

Bug description

• Nextcloud Version: 23.0.3
• Operating System: Ubuntu Server 24.04
• Web Server: Apache 2.4
• PHP Version: 8.3
• Browser: Chrome vX.X

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the Files App.
2. Attempt to access a specific folder.
3. Observe the error message.

Expected Behavior: The folder contents should load without issue.

Actual Behavior: Encounter an error message stating "Folder not found."

Haven't seen any similar reports.

Is it any file or folder? Any particular type (shared, Team Folder, External Storage)? Any account? Any browser?

I suggest:

• troubleshooting further via the community help forum if necessary to isolate whether it's bug or some environmental matter
• looking for some hints within your web browser inspector.
• checking whether any errors or warnings are visible under Admin settings->Overview
