Error with proxbox-api when installing Proxbox 0.0.6.b2

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement proxbox-api==0.0.2 (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for proxbox-api==0.0.2

This is installed using local_requirements.txt and upgrade.sh.

The same error is given if local_requirements.txt contains

netbox-proxbox==0.0.6b2 

or

proxbox-api==0.0.2
netbox-proxbox==0.0.6b2

simple test case

/tmp/proxbox-test# python3 -m venv venv
/tmp/proxbox-test# source venv/bin/activate
/tmp/proxbox-test# python3 -m pip install  proxbox-api==0.0.2

possible source of the problem

/tmp/netbox-proxbox# uv pip install -e .
Using Python 3.11.2 environment at: venv

  ╰─▶ Because the current Python version (3.11.2) does not satisfy Python>=3.12 and proxbox-api==0.0.2 depends on Python>=3.12, we can conclude that

      And because netbox-proxbox==0.0.6b2 depends on proxbox-api==0.0.2, we can conclude that netbox-proxbox==0.0.6b2 cannot be used.
      And because only netbox-proxbox==0.0.6b2 is available and you require netbox-proxbox, we can conclude that your requirements are unsatisfiable.

Netbox supported python versions 3.10, 3.11 and 3.12.

I've recreated venv of Netbox to 3.12 to fix this issue, then run ./upgrade.sh to add Python dependencies in the new venv
