After changed to createWebHistory, reload browser using F5 renders an empty page

Describe the bug
Before commit 65088bc related with issue #300 when you press F5 the page is reloaded as it should. However after changing createMemoryHistory to createWebHistory the URL is rewritten and F5 doesn't works anymore.

To Reproduce
1.- Click OPTIONS from extension menu
2.- It will open 'chrome-extension://EXT_ID/src/ui/options-page/index.html' and then redirected immediately to chrome-extension://EXT_ID/options-page
3.- Options page is shown
4.- Press F5

Result: blank page

Expected behavior
As it was happening before when createMemoryHistory was being used, when you click F5 the same page should be rendered.

Additional context
Rolling back "createWebHistory" to "createMemoryHistory" makes everything work except the problem for which this change was introduced, the UPDATE page is not loaded because querystring is not retrieved using this type of history.

Additional context: Looks like changing to createWebHashHistory makes everything work, however I'm not sure if this change will affect anything else.
