Links to LangChain Documentation in Jupyter Notebook need updates

There's a couple of links in the Python notebook that look like they need an update.

Under Step 6: Instantiate the LLM:
Binding Tool Schemas
The Pipe Operator

Both of these look like they lead to the top of the LangChain overview page for Python, and not to the detailed links that we're looking for.
