Add fernflower as an alternative

This is not a replacement ticket, more a either or. So cfr is used and this is fine but it would be good to add another one like fernflower: https://github.com/JetBrains/fernflower. I dunno the differences but as far as I tested fernflower worked better for some files where CFR didn't. Will check later whether I can find an example or not but switch between either in options or isnide the popup action like

• with cfr
• with fernflower

Maybe would be a good idea to replace it with Fernflower. it seems more up-to-date and has more active maintenance.

Sure, at the end, I dunno what the results are. Maybe both are different, that's why I said "add it". But replace it with it is also fine.
