Is there a handy list that separates these into different platforms?

For example a WordPress site would typically not want the WordPress ones unless there is a VPN or a whitelist accurately configured. A Drupal site would typically want the entries that are not for Drupal. A Joomla site would want the entries that are not for Joomla.
