fixup! codeql: run static analysis as part of CI builds

codeql: run the CodeQL workflow every week

Run the CodeQL GitHub workflow every week, on Mondays at 03:00 UTC.
It's good practice to run this regularly as queries are updated.

[This was accidentally dropped from vfs-2.50.1]
