Incorrect navigation using additional_info_url

In Chromium-based browsers, navigating to a specific tip on the wiki page using additional_info_url may open a different location on the page.

Workarounds:

  1. Use Find on page (Ctrl+F) to find the numeric tip_id value
  2. Change the tip_id numeric value at the end of the URL to some other value, and then back to the original value
