Azure MXChip IoT DevKit Translator problem

Hi everyone,

I know someone asked this question before. but I did not find effective solution on this issue........I am working on Azure IoT board these days, and I try to realize the translator function. I follow the steps as following: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/samples/azure-samples/mxchip-iot-devkit-translator/sample/
And everyone step is successful. However when I hold and talk, the screen appear' Sorry, I can't hear you.' The program also report
'Azure Function return value: -1
Error happened when translating: Azure Function failed'

It will be greatly appreciated if anyone can give me a suggestion. Thannnnnnks!!!
