Asking about csms simulators


Tell today i am using Steve but it's quite not enough to make solution so,

I am asking about good csms backend simulator support most of features like periodic reading and mobile app if available if there is free option will be good and if there is any paid one with reasonable price for just testing and debugging i am also ok to hear.
