Cleanup doc (nocontentsentry, indentation, rst xrefs)

- Fix indentation in "Quick Sample".
- Add :nocontentsentry: option to "Quick Sample" example to prevent
  polluting the table of contents.
- Use real rst cross-references with :rs:dir: role.
