Blogory.org/python is the world's largest Python directory. Soon it will be the world's largest iPhone Directory. Blogory is a curated directory (ontology) of links, youtube videos, blog postings and categories. It is organized as a tree, and uses FancyTree to manage and display the tree.

FM2 is an open-source file manager released under MIT license. It is an alternative to elfinder or CKFinder. I am rewriting the original filemanager to work in a web 2.0 fashion against an api. I'm using fancytree for the tree view, and bootstrap for the grid/list views.
