Rollup merge of #145027 - Kmeakin:km/optimize-char-is-alphanumeric, r=scottmcm
Optimize `char::is_alphanumeric` Avoid an unnecessary call to `unicode::Alphabetic` when `self` is an ASCII digit (ie `0..=9`).
