Automate image/giphy creation of example report

• Use a tool to take a screenshot or create a giphy of an example report so that the README can stay up to date without too much manual effort.
• This could be done per release perhaps - maybe github actions could be used

Found this plugin to take screenshots in Github actions: https://github.com/sindresorhus/capture-website#options

Its options include:

It could be used to generate the required images - as a first step.

I supposed the next step would need to be to upload them somewhere, but if we commit them to the repo that would probably trigger the build again and again and again....

Should we consider an alternative storage for the README images?

Cool - I see it uses Puppeteer under the hood (a tool that Mr Bilango was telling me about the other day).

I guess if we only capture new images on release events then that would avoid causing a continuous build loop.
