updated snacks highlighting to increase contrast on some unreadable text

Some Snacks picker elements were too dark of text on a dark background. I went through the few highlight groups and brightened the text a bit using the existing palette so the text was readable.

I'm sure it could have been done in a more colorful way, but this works and is unobtrusive.

@lcrownover, I created a fork of this repo a couple of months ago to address some issues I found and implement some pull requests from this repository, including yours.

This repo was great but it had been lack of support for quite some time so if we can have a more open source oriented repo could be nicer for all monokai user.
