Download info, NOT A ISSUE

Hello, great great article and very informative!
Thank you (...as far as I'm concerned, there are many details to delve into from .NET 8 onwards...) 

I read that there was an idea to include the "download" action of large files (via stream?) even without resume. 
Is there anything on the horizon? Thank you.
