HiDPI displays support is broken on roc-rk3399-pc with Linux 5.19.17 and 6.0.7

Hello!

I assume @dsx724 tested roc-rk3399-pc with FullHD display, so I guess issue I described below is specific to HiDPI displays (I tested with Dell UP3017).

1. When I attempt to boot roc-rk3399-pc with ubuntu-22.10-preinstalled-desktop-arm64+roc-rk3399-pc.img.xz image boot log rendering is distorted by small "waves" moving from top to bottom.
2. After a couple of seconds screen become black and Dell UP3017 report there is nothing to display.

So HDMI video output is broken on this specific 2560x1600 display.

2560 x 1440 is a standard size, 2560x1600 may simply be a resolution the clocks aren't equipped to deal with. I've just booted it on my Gigabyte 2560x1440 with no artifacts.

Interesting, do you have other displays to test with by any chance?

I have to check. There's a lot of bootloader stuff that's been changed and I haven't had a chance to test on ROC-RK3399-PC yet. On my 4K120 monitor, I'm not even getting video. I have to update the firmware for all the boards next week and I'll be testing this more.

@shvetsnikita Are you able to replicate the issue on the latest 6.0.11-00729 kernel?

I didn't had a chance to check yet. Is there specific commit or patch that fixes it? (I would like to apply it on top of vanilla source from kernel.org)
