Add Resistor/Capacitor/Inductor/Diode SPICE symbols/models

Currently only the FETs have been added, to make it more useable, especially for analog design we need to also add/link resistor, capacitor, inductor, and diode models from the PDK where available.

this looks like an awesome lib! Any updates on these standard components? Does this mean its not possible to simulate with capacitors and such?

Hi!

It's possible, i've just been busy with life and other things, so this has fallen down the priority list quite far, sorry about that.

In general the only things that need to be done is to update the generator to identify the cells if they exist in the liberty files, otherwise to manually create the symbols and SPICE stubs and hook it up.

It's not a lot of work, just not something I have time for, plus with the MPW suttles ending some time in the last 2 years and now efabless closing down the motivation has basically cratered.

I might eventually get back to it if I get sudden ADHD brainworms and can't stop thinking about it, but there is no ETA, sorry.

Thanks a lot for answering and making it thorough.

Its unfortunate with efabless and I understand why you're not prioritizing it in general. As someone new to analog CMOS circuit design this looks perfect compared with the steep learning curve of xschem.

Im new to the PDK and how it works with ngspice. If I get around to understand how the script works and everything I will make sure to open a PR.
