Podman regression

I accidentally reverted the fix from #66 in #75 when I fixed the backup container's network access for socket-proxy integration.

The fix from #66 will have to be re-implemented, but only the networks from the backup container will need to be copied over this time.

It would probably be a good idea to start running the integration tests on Podman as well...
