Nova 5 native tabs are not linkable

Description:

On nova 4 we could link to tabs using the eminiarts package. Nova5 has its own tabs but they are not linkable. This has become an important issue for my users.

Also it always resets to the first tab after a refresh or going into a resource and back out, ideally it should remember where you were. This has also become an important issue for our users.
