I am using python3.8 and gdal 3.8

I guess I have wrong setup in Docker file

I don't know but how can I make it point to numpy

Update: I have solved the issue by following this doc to setup python gdal numpy properly: https://pypi.org/project/GDAL/

Thanks @nghilethanh09052000, based on your notes I was able to get 3.12 to build also with geopandas, here's the dockerfile for anyone interested:
