fix(FR-1702): fix broken E2E tests and improve session test reliability

- Fix session creation test selectors and improve reliability
- Update deleteSession utility function with better selectors
- Exclude visual regression tests from default test runs
- Add comprehensive E2E testing guidelines for AI assistants
- Improve test stability by removing unnecessary timeouts
- Add unique session names to prevent conflicts
