A new option which allows suppressing the normal klog header.

Anything else you would like to add:

Would be useful for kubernetes/kubernetes#135349.

This issue is currently awaiting triage.

If klog contributors determine this is a relevant issue, they will accept it by applying the triage/accepted label and provide further guidance.
