How does one follow up with whatever Gemini replies with?

- When issuing `:GeminiChat` a new buffer is created every time (also with no possibility of splitting, real bad), and there is no way to follow up with the response
- When issuing `:GeminiTask` a diff session is created (also without splitting) and one can only accept or manually delete the temp buffers. No way of asking Gemini to refine the reply
