Support zoneless change detection

With the release of Angular 20, zoneless is now stable and therefore zone.js can potentially be removed.
jest-preset-angular already introduced setupZonelessTestEnv() to support testing zoneless applications.
This behavior should also be supported by @angular-builders/jest.

Currently @angular-builders/jest uses jest-preset-angular@14

This is a major breaking change which among other things requires Jest 30, so it can only be part of the new major release, which happens after major Angular release, which, in turn, scheduled around November.
