A PyTorch implementation of ncon has been added to linalg.
Two types of iPEPS ansatz for the toric code model in a field have been added and debugged. They can be run directly using the scripts in examples\Toric_code.
Improvements have been made to the iPEPS overlap calculation, with debugging verified in test\Test_wen_tao_changes.
