Allow mutliple authentication method at once

Proposed change

There are two things I'd like to request, fulfillment of anyone would be ok:

1. Sometimes I'd like to allow people from different authentication providers to access the Jupyterhub, for example organization A and organization B, but Globus or CILogon does not native support such features, is it possible to add some logics to allow two organizations to log in?

2. Perhaps allow two different OAuth app to log in?

I'm closing this since the work would happen outside this repository, either in an existing authenticator or in a new repository to support combinations of all authenticators
